For foreigners looking for internships in Seoul, a good place to start is online job boards like JobKorea, LinkedIn, or PeopleNJob, which often have listings for internships targeting non-Korean speakers. Additionally, you can also look for opportunities at companies that have international branches or offices.

As a Korean, I’d add that being fluent in Korean is by far the most important factor if you want to intern in Korea. Many internships require a high level of proficiency in Korean to communicate effectively in the workplace. There are specific fields where foreigners have a better chance of securing a role in Korea, such as English teaching, hospital coordinators (interpreters), overseas trade company staff, and positions in international sales and marketing.
However, keep in mind that even among Koreans in their 20s and 30s, many people speak foreign languages, and with the competitive job market, it’s not easy for foreigners to land a job. That said, for foreign candidates who have graduated from a four-year university in Korea, internship opportunities are usually prioritized. After that, foreigners who are currently based outside of Korea are more likely to find opportunities as well.
If you're doing an internship and also need accommodation, I'd recommend checking out MK guest house | Affordable guesthouse. It's a guesthouse that is particularly convenient for foreigners staying long-term in Seoul, providing a comfortable and affordable option for accommodations while you're interning in the city.
Good luck, and I hope you find a great internship in Seoul!
